  1. Just got around to seeing this, Sushi. I can identify with your father on this. As someone who used to practice meditation regularly (and who is, sadly, a bit hit and miss with it now), I can vouch for its effectiveness in calming the mind. This is a timely reminder, too, since I periodically suffer from depression. I must return to it regularly.

    1. Please do! U just need to watch your mind… Meditation doesnt involve a certain posture or chanting… Its easy…just watch yr mind go through its business of creating thoughts… And breathe! 😊👍
