Eggs in Curry

Replete with spices, this simple egg curry can be had with rice, roti or bread. Cumin seeds, pepper, onions, tomatoes and coriander form the base of this dish, which is popular in most Indian homes.

    1. Just fry fenugreek seeds, black pepper, cumin, two sliced onions, three big tomatoes and a stalk of curry leaves in a bit of oil…cumin, pepper, seeds all about half a teaspoon only.. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder abt half tsp, chilli powder abt 1 tsp and fry on low flame.. Add boiled and peeled eggs with a little water and salt.. Cover and cook on low flame for two min. Add sliced coriander leaves before u serve.. Good luck! 😊
